Lois Warner moved to Florida in
1995. She moved from Atlanta, Georgia where she
had spent all of her previous years. Lois was
raised with three brothers. Being the only girl,
she learned how to take care of herself and has
always been very independent and
self-sufficient.
Because of her fierce
competition with her brothers, she learned to be
quite the athlete. She plays softball, bowls,
water and snow skis, scuba dives, plays golf and
is also a Professional Tennis Instructor and has
been for quite some time. She has taught
tennis on Sanibel Island at the Dunes and brand
new Beachview Tennis Facility as well.
Lois was elected to serve
on the 1996 Olympic Committee in Atlanta to
represent Swtizerland's Tennis Team.
She also is a musician. She
began playing the piano and singing when she was
eight years old and still enjoys doing this. She
was trained as a Classical Pianist. This is
still her favorite past time. Lois also plays
the guitar just for the fun of it.
Her educational background
is in Business Management, Office
Administration. She attended Georgia State
University in Atlanta. She worked for Southern
Railway for 18 years, Delta Air Lines for 8
years in Atlanta, and one year in Ft. Myers. She
has an extensive background in Executive and
Administrative Management in the Travel and
Transportation Industry.
Lois is divorced with two
grown daughters. The youngest,
Natalie, lives in Cape Cod, MA with her
grandchildren Shea who is 9, and Cody who is
4. The oldest, Lori, has just gotten
married on October 11th and lives in Atlanta.
Lois and her Father reside on Captiva Island.
Lois’ first love is her family. She adores them
and puts them above everything else. Lois has
been in Real Estate Sales and Rentals in
Southwest Florida since 1996. She now has
her Real Estate Broker's License and has
completed her GRI (Graduate Real Estate
Institute) national designation.
In
September, she also opened her own Real Estate
Brokerage - Sanibel-Captiva Realty Group.
She enjoys real estate and
is a very people oriented person. She is a
member of the National Board of Realtors,
Florida Association of Realtors, National
Association of Residential Property Managers,
The Sanibel Beautification Committee, The United
States Professional Tennis Association, and
served as Co-Chair of the Ambassador Committee
for the Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce. She
won the Volunteer of the Year award from The
United States Professional Tennis Association in
1998 and was runner up for the National Industry
Excellence Award in 1999 for Tennis.

the real estate inventories, rentals as well as
